APH sells OE Spare Parts, Accessories, Lubes and Batteries for Passenger Cars and 2 Wheelers. APH will start selling Tyres, Tools, Equipment and Consumables on our site shortly. We also have plans to sell the above parts for Light Commercial Vehicles, Trucks and Buses in the future.

Does APH have it’s own inventory?

No. APH does not have its own inventory. However, APH has tied up with hundreds of suppliers and sell only genuine products. Only authorized OE Dealers and Suppliers have been identified and on boarded by us. APH takes end to end responsibility for the products sold and have ensured that suppliers selected sell only genuine parts and that they are reliable and trust worthy.

How do I trust your suppliers?

Invoicing happens from APH, so we take entire responsibility for your orders. Our invoices are approved by many insurance companies, which would not have happened, if the parts that we delivery were not genuine or trustworthy. Every supplier on APH goes through a thorough verification process before it is allowed to sell.

How do I pay for my orders?

We support cash on delivery. You can also pay us online. Based on track record, we may accept current dated cheques at the time of delivery. However, we do not provide credit.

How can I ensure that I don’t order a wrong part?

You can order by OE Part Number. You can also use our proprietary Global Search or Part Finder on our website, which helps identify the correct Part. APH Part Finder allows you to enter the Brand, Model, Variant, Year and shortlist parts based on Category, Sub Category and Part Number. All the parts in the catalog will be reflected on the site. If there are 2 or more options based on your search criteria, you can check by Part Number (if available with you) or you can send us the Vehicle VIN number for certain brands, where we ensure that the right part is given for that VIN number. In certain parts, photographs are available to help you identify the right part. In case of any doubt, you can call us, where our Experienced Parts Executives will help you identify the correct Part.

How many days will it take to get the part I ordered?

In most cases, unless the part ordered by you is a rare part which is not available across all our suppliers in that city, we deliver on the same day. That too for free!
